Integrity is a concept that is closely linked to a person's ability to act accordingly with what is said or what is considered important. It is an integral thing that it is an element that has all its whole parts.. Integrity translates as honesty, honesty, respect for others, correction, responsibility, emotional control, self-respect, punctuality, loyalty, neatness, discipline, congruence and firmness in their actions. Finally, I mean that a person integrates are characterized by a great persistence in the achievement of their goals. By a tenacity and consistency in their way of focusing and living life. The whole people are faithful to themselves. They don't assume stereotypes. They're real. They live by convictions and values. They do not compromise or sacrifice their beliefs, on an altar, for convenience. For me the integrity is very associated with leadership I think it is a vital feature for a leader, to be honest, humble and clear in their principles are qualities that go together with a good leader. Integrity is a virtue of the leader and form part of his actions in a very united way the lack of integrity implies an unhealable rift between what is said and what is thought, between what is considered proper conduct and what is done , between what is morally fair and what seems to result from the pressure of circumstances The loss of integrity or, directly, their absence attacks the very fabric of society, undermines confidence, generates defense reactions and encourages reprisals.
