To be more specific, those three layers are called the Dura mater, Arachnoid mater, and the Pia mater. If you get hungry during your fast it’s advised that you eat watermelon (if you absolutely need it), drink lemon juice or coffee. While giving organs rest and creating longevity, fasting is a controlled medical regimen.
