B. Reasons to Listen: The occasional nights of fast food won’t hurt, a habit of eating out could be doing a number on your health.

It’s just been convent because no one feels like cooking anymore. With fast- food restaurants everywhere, from airports to hospital lobbies, Americans are spending more on these foods.

2. A generation ago, more of the money spent on food was spent on ingredients to cook at home.
a) Now, money is spent more on fast food and junk food and it hurting us.
