Saloon hygiene and cleanliness is considered one of the most significant conditions when customers evaluate overall Saloon quality or decide their levels of satisfaction. Bacteria can be found anywhere that there is dust or dirt. It can be exist in water, in air, on clothing, or on the skin. In a salon environment, a disease can be easily transmitted from unclean hands, unclean hairdressing accessories, dirty towels and drinking cups. As we know hygiene and cleanliness in saloon will come into direct contact with customer, through using tools and equipment such as combs and towels (Johnson, May 2004).
