Physical fitness is an exceptionally diverse subject that has a variety of benefits and dimensions; accordingly, it has an extremely important role in life as it ties into almost every aspect of our lives regardless of race, gender, or age. There are numerous benefits of regular physical activities such as lower blood pressure, weight management, more energy, better sleep, and overall stronger muscles, bones, and joints. The importance of physical fitness extends to one’s personal life; for example, achieving healthier relationships with family and friends and, one’s academic life, considering how statistics show that leading an active life will make you happier. Therefore, your school, work, and relationships will be impacted positively. These are the truths I have discovered myself. I always feel better when I stay active and therefore my home, school, and work lives are impacted in a positive way. Likewise, for my future, I believe it will be imperative to ensure that I maintain my physical fitness so that I will be able to perform at my best. Physical wellness encompasses a wide range of variables and it’s different for every person. The goals I have set for personal physical wellness consist of, In my life, the enhancement of intellectual wellness involves far more than just academics, although that happens to be a massive portion of it. Moreover, since the start of school, I have realized that being open to new experiences and ideas is a necessary function of the college lifestyle. Life experiences, shape our outlook on life. For the subsequent three semesters, my goal is to challenge my intellect with cautious decision making. I will be deliberate with my studies and by the conclusion of my diploma program, I aspire to graduate with honors.
