1. Introduction
The purpose of this report is in order to analyze that how important the effective leadership, decision making and ethical management are for leaders making the ethical decisions and ensuring the organizational decisions are made ethically.

In recent decades, with the rapid development of the worldwide economy, it brought lots of opportunities for the companies around the world, as a result, there are increasing numbers of organizations in the world are developing quickly than before. While, this phenomenon has not only brought opportunities, but also brought some challenges and troubles to them. In the other word, the over-quick development of company which could lead to some problems like unethical decision making, which could cause the troubles to both of their customers and themselves. For instance, a company like Sanlu group, which was a state-owned Chinese dairy products company in China. In 2008, due to the milk scandal, which was about the baby power products of Sanlu group had been tainted with melamine, which can cause kidney stones and the other symptoms. The reason why the Sanlu group added the melamine to their power products was in order to enhance the content of protein. Therefore, this issue directly led to the loss of customer trust and bankrupt of Sanlu group. Thus, it is quite significant and necessary to enable corporate leaders to possess the professional skills like effective leadership, decision making and ethical management for ensuring the organizational decisions are made ethically.

2. Effective leadership

...ain the reasons for making such decisions with their employees, and then leaders can gain the comments and suggestions from their employees to make sure the decisions they made are ethical or not. Furthermore, leaders should to avoid cultivating the bad senses like arrogance and delusion, because the senses like arrogance, delusion and the other bad senses are quite dangerous for leaders, most of the unethical decisions are usually made by those bad senses. Moreover, making a prediction that is also helpful for leaders making decisions. Once a leader has made a prediction about future, he could recognize what would happen when the decision he made has been implemented, thereby, he would know the decision he made is good or not. However, there are a number of methods which can enable leaders to make good decisions and find out the decisions are made ethically or not.
