PEOPLE WORK AND ORGANISATION

There is different kind of people there in the organization and in order for them to work effectively and efficiently, they should work in a best way. People are an important asset for the organization and they should work in their best possible manner they can. However, any work is not big or small but has to be done in the right way. Be it any organization for them work is very important, they cannot ignore the work and do other things at a time. In any organization team work and collaboration are the two main important keys for success. MOTIVATION

It’s mainly the process that can mainly account for an individual’s intensity, direction and the persistence of effort towards the attainment of the goal. If we see that in this definition it’s very straight forward, but why don’t we just gather all the information first and also to see that they should motivate their employees in the best possible manner. The intensity means clearly as how hard a person tries to work to, the direction is straight towards the attainment of the goal and now comes that the person is trying from so long.
Model of Motivation-
It’s very simple and straight forward for a company in motivating their employees. First comes the needs, which create desire to fulfill needs (food, achievement), behavior mainly leads on depending the action and then later comes to be rewards leading towards the feedback system of their employees.
The nature of motivation mainly comes out to be very complex, and is related to satisfaction. Their main aim is achieving the goal in the near future.

It also includes that of respect by others and also respecting them in return. The lower level of esteem needs encounter to be like that of respecting others, the need for status, recognition, fame and attention, the higher level of esteem needs being the need for strength, confidence and so on.

Self-actualization needs- The last step towards the acquiring of the level of needs comes in this. They are mainly morality, creativity and lacking in the acceptance of the facts. A person working in any organization remembers all the levels of needs being followed at the beginner’s level to the main level.

Google as a company is working successfully knowing the fact that they know how to use their money in the right direction by motivation their employees and making them happy at the end. Example of this can be that in one of the events, Founder’s Awards just like few months back only Google has awarded his employees with $12 million of free company shares. By doing this the basic main motive of the company is to retain their employees and make a new impression in the mind of other’s by making the existing ones happy as employees being an important asset for them. However, if an employee is getting motivated in monetary terms then he/she should know the main motive for any employee to work is that their performance is the end key result
