In the later years there was not a medication that cured all infections. Some infections would harm the people so bad that the population would decrease because of deaths. This would also kill off weak humans, which wouldn't be so bad. But as technology progressed they have found cures for infections and now we can live with the infections with shots. The photo below shoes shots giving for infections, or to prevent the infection.

Like stated before the infections are still dangerous but have really no effect on the population anymore, because of medicine. Stated in many articles we don't want incapable people working on the work force. We don't want them to have children and to keep producing children that have this same affect. So when an infections comes along it will take them out first, and help the population. But since the World Health Organization has helped the population by giving vaccinations before and after the infection.

Depending on the country and how much money they lay aside for their health department will show in the population. This graph below shows the difference between high-income countries to medium, and then low. Low income countries so show that they have less of an over populated country, but that is if the people can afford to move to high income countries.
MY VIEWS
I believe that vaccinations are positive for the world. Some people can not afford vaccinations, and some can. But the view that I am seeing is that counties that can afford vaccinations already have healthy people living in them. But countries that can not afford the vaccinations have unhealthy people living in these countries making these countries less populated. Then the countries that are blessed with vaccinations are having more over population. Fixing this problem by helping the under developed counties. There are programs that help the people who can not get vaccinations, but some are not able to always get
