Through all out the generation of Xbox’s, Microsoft has been developing gaming over the years. The consoles are being remodeled each year that they release every November of the year. The founder of Microsoft was Bill Gates a smart business magnate and an investor. He launched Microsoft in 1975 and became the world’s largest PC software company. In 1998, a group of engineers that worked within the company had come up with brilliant ideas that the company should have their own video game consoles. They pitched out the ideas to the founder of Microsoft and later on they launched their first video game console in 2001. Microsoft sold 123,000 consoles the first week it was released. The Xbox was the most powerful console on the market. The Xbox name came to be when Microsoft's first foray into the gaming console market.
