The famous leader Mahatma Gandhi’s death was unjustified because he was the primary leader for India’s Independence movement and also a leader for the non-violent civil disobedience movement that would influence the world. Others they may have seen Gandhi's death as justified considering the things Gandhi dedicated his life to fixing and fighting for some people didn't want it to change and saw him as a threat. Gandhi was assassinated by a man named Nathuram Vinayak Godse on Friday, January 30,1948. Gandhi was actually almost killed 5 times before the actual event of his death, by the same person. It took Godse 14 years after his 1st attempt to finally complete his goal in killing Gandhi. It was a tragic event that left a lot of people devastated and hurt that someone would hate someone so much they would have to end their life in order for their to be peace. Even some people from India, where Gandhi was trying to help disagreed with his actions and wanted nothing to do with him. People around the world looked as his religion as a Hindu, as a reason he should not be trusted. What Gandhi wore and said people took as offensives towards them as people. People like this found the assassination of Gandhi justified. As for the person who completed the heinous crime people who disagreed with Gandhi’s actions found Godse’s actions reasonable and that he shouldn't be held accountable for them. “ You must be the change you wish to see in the world. “ “ The weak can never forgive.
