With the colonist, now, being pro-revolutionary, this eventually led to the Colonist winning the American Revolutionary War.

King George III did not follow Machiavelli's manual for being a good prince. Machiavelli's main lesson was "a prince must always seem to be generous, merciful, faithful, spirited, and humane.” If a prince does not have those characteristics, his people will lose all support for him. King George III did not make sure people from the American Colonies saw him as a good King. King George III did not go out of his way to cover up his wrong doings. Instead, everyone knew he did not really care about the American Colonists. They knew he only cared about the land, and acquiring the largest empire. The King continually broke his own laws, contrary to Machiavelli's principles. Machiavelli once said, “a prince should always be able to come up with a reason for war”. King George III didn’t have a reason. He kept sending armies into the American Colonies. He transported large armies of foreign mercenaries to kill people and confiscate their land. By doing this, King George was only sabotaging himself.
In conclusion, the American Revolution was very revolutionary. It was a huge milestone in American history. The war not only gave America their own independence from the most powerful country in the world, it gave the American government the basis of how it runs today and brought about many social and political changes. Although many historians see the war as a change of power from one greedy power to another, Americans wouldn’t have a democracy and citizens wouldn’t have the rights they have.
Napoleon III was the first president of the French Second Republic and later in life the Emperor of the Second French Empire. Napoleon III is still known and talked about today due to the reconstruction of Paris, along with his overall "cleansing of France"(Wikipedia, Napoleon III.) and social reforms. Napoleon III had a large impact on France and the French and is still taught about at schools. Napoleon III was significant in many ways. But in my opinion he is mostly known and important for his reform of education for girls and women along with reforming the school system, his lowering of tariffs and opening the French market, and his modernization of Frances infrastructure and economy.
The Glorious revolution was a changing point in the course of history. It was the first revolution of its kind which led to many more like the American revolution. There were many similarities between the Glorious and American revolution, John Locke played a key role in both revolutions, and Locke’s ideas were mirrored in the Declaration of Independence.
