): Charles Floyd had a rough child hood. There are many things that could have triggered Charles to make the crimes that he did. Charles Floyd personality before he decided to become criminal was a bad personality. That is because when Charles was growing up his family poor. Once Charles turned 20 he married this girl and her name was Ruby Hardgraves and they had a son together. Their son name was Charles Dempsey “Jack” Floyd. Charles Dempsey was born when Charles Floyd was sentenced to jail for 4 years. The other motivation that he had was profit because basically he had nothing else better to do besides go out and make crimes to get money like robbing a bank so he could get money. The final thoughts that have been made for this case if I had to pick would be First Degree Murder and First Degree Murder is basically when an unlawful killing that is both willful and premeditated meaning that if it was committed after planning or “lying in wait” for the victim. The reason for my picking of first degree murder is because Charles Arthur Floyd and the other people that was a part of this crime they planned it out before they with through with the crime. The crime that they planned to make was called the “Kansas City Massacre” they came up with a plan to go out and do this crime but it never mentioned their technique of how they went out and killed those victims that was mentioned in the previous pages. At the end of the trail for the crime “Kansas City Massacre” four men was found guilty but Charles Arthur Floyd was in a car accident and escaped.
