Bullying is a problem that affects children all around the world. The key to stop the bullying is appearing and actually being confident, bullies go after weaklings. If you are being picked on, do not show the oppressor that it is affecting you. Express your feelings to your parents, friends and people you trust. Some people are inconsolable, if you are one of those, keep yourself distracted with other things. You can keep yourself distracted with your school, friends or anything that you enjoy doing. Always keep your head held up high. Intimidate, but don't get intimidated.

If you are being bullied and you have no one to help you, you can always just rely on yourself for help. You can draw yourself away from the trouble, you can also stay patient and ignore the bully. This type of bullying includes shoving, pushing, kicking, basically anything that physically damages or hurts another person’s body. Physical bullying does not always start very aggressive, It can happen very subtly but later progress to very aggressive.

Verbal bullying is any type of bullying in the form of words. This type of bullying includes rumours, hateful words towards other due to their physical or mental appearance. This type of bullying does not really include an actual weapon, but the words of the oppressor act as a weapon.

Cyber bullying is any type of bullying using social media. This type of bullying includes social networking sites such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Myspace, Snapchat and the list goes on. This type of bullying occurs a lot in our modern day, and it has a huge affect on teenagers.

Relational bullying is any form of bullying to ruin someones reputation. This includes starting rumours about other people, leaking personal information, ruining someones social standing and the list goes
