Introduction Hotel Rwanda is a movie based on a true story about the killing that took place in Rwanda. Two ethnic groups living in Rwanda were the Hutus and Tutsis. The conflict between these two groups began with the Hutu president of Rwanda been killed by Tutsi militants. Hotel Rwanda" is not about hotel management or about the massacre but it’s about heroism and survival. It’s about a very kind and courageous hotel manager who uses his skills of bribery and flattery to save the lives of more than 1000 people during this massacre. but the kind of man who knows how things work in the real world, who uses his skills of bribery, flattery, apology and deception to save these lives who have come into his care. Paul was born a Hutu, but he is married to a Tutsi, therefore his children are considered a mix. When the genocide began, many of Paul`s Tutsi neighbors took shelter in his home, but when the neighborhood became ransacked by the Hutu rebels he had to bribe the head officer to allow him to take his family and friends to his hotel. This environment contributes to the fighting because of the fighting for resources. Countries that are rich in minerals and good climatic conditions easily break. This movie was exciting and included a lot of sensitive components. People don`t necessarily realize the impacts fighting and genocides have on blameless people. It tears apart families, destroys the environment and homes that people once felt safe in, it expressively scars people and leaves them with dreams.
Communication
Communication between the tribes which are allies is effective the Revels have communication medium and with this use of radios, they manage to take control of most parts of the country. The Tutsis also have good methods of communication in the hotel that ensures the safety during the duration of the war.
Power/decision making
The president and the cabinet make the power in the decision-making. However after the death of the presidency the power in the decision-making I transferred to the rebel soldiers. This makes other people in the country powerless. In addition, the United Nations so just also have a little power.
