Web. 12 Mar. 2014). Graham Greene was one of these undercover spies along with other authors like Kim Philby (Butcher, Tim. "Graham Greene: Our Man in Liberia." History Today, n.d. Web. 11 Mar. 2014). In this process, Greene voyaged his way to Africa to witness the slave trading in Liberia (Butcher, Tim. "Graham Greene: Our Man in Liberia." History Today, n.d. Web. 11 Mar. 2014). His travels have overall transformed his moralistic, political, and religious writings (O'Conner, Thomas P. "The Dangerous Edge - 1." YouTube. YouTube, 12 Dec. 2013. Web. 12 Mar. 2014).
The British Secret Intelligence Service, also known as MI6, was working hard during World War II. In the midst of their multiple projects lied an anti-slavery movement. Liberia was having controversial problems, and the MI6 wanted more information on the matter (O'Conner, Thomas P. "The Dangerous Edge - 1." YouTube. YouTube, 12 Dec. 2013. Web. 12 Mar. 2014). Liberia was “ a state born as a refuge for freed US slaves” (Butcher, Tim. "Graham Greene: Our Man in Liberia." History Today, n.d. Web. 11 Mar. 2014) . However, there were allegations that Liberia was enslaving its own people (Butcher, Tim. "Graham Greene: Our Man in Liberia." History Today, n.d. Web. 11 Mar. 2014).
The Anti-Slavery and Aborigines’ Protection Society was in charge of correcting this issue (Butcher, Tim. "Graham Greene: Our Man in Liberia." History Today, n.d. Web. 11 Mar. 2014). Greene’s sister, Elisabeth, worked for this organization and recruited Graham for the cause (O'Conner, Thomas P. "The Dang...

Even though this movie has been cited on Youtube, I concur that the information presented is accurate. While I have come across this movie by other means, I was only able to watch it from the Youtube website. None the less, this is a real production documentary that includes Graham Greene himself presenting information.
Dangerous Edge: A Life of Graham Greene is a documentary on Graham Greene’s life. While this film is American-produced, it talks about his experiences as a spy for MI6, the British secret service. This film gave me insight on Greene’s expeditions from his point of view. I plan to use these insights in my writings.
