Healthy People 2020 has proven by many studies that the consumption of healthful diets and the maintenance of body a healthy body weight that will decrease the risks of health conditions. Every person needs to take weight status and food intake very seriously in their lifespan (related to vitamins, protein, etc., in food). In this paper I will go over different success plans, and some ways of reaching goals and how to keep and increase the proportion of young adults who are at a healthy weight.
