• My ability to review and convey complex information, ideas and concepts is evidenced through application in tertiary studies in Health Information Management. For example, my major project for my professional placement was to deliver a presentation on the ESIS project. Part of my role was to engage and collaborate with a range of stakeholders within the hospital organisation as part of a project team. The aim of my involvement was to explain the benefits of the business glossary tool and demonstrate the integration of various departments in the project. I attended meetings and liased with various health professionals and clinicians, communicated through email exchange and successfully fulfilled my role as part of the project team. I understand that policies involving privacy are crucial to the wellbeing of children and the promotion of preventative and early intervention approaches. I will continue to do further research and build upon my knowledge in this area so I can fully apply myself in this role. • In my recent role as an electorate official for the state election I have demonstrated my ability to prioritise work and function to set and meet project timelines. I worked within a high pressure environment which involved a high volume of electors. For example, I answered a large number of inquiries on how to vote and the processes they should follow in order to have their vote successfully count. At the end of the voting process I had to prioritise my work to meet the timeline by allocating set time to count the total number of votes for each
