After watching the trailer of Guardians of the Galaxy, I knew that this movie is going to be a hit of this summer. The trailer follows along with the song of Blue Swede “Hooked on a Feeling”, which is a successful attention-getter because it really hooks many audiences. Once the audiences have watched the trailer, this song will hardly go away from their heads, especially “Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga, Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga, I am hooked on a feeling, I am high on believing.” Also, unlike other trailers of Marvel’s movies, such as Captain America, which mostly focused on the heroism, love stories, and action, this trailer puts more effort into entertaining audiences. The story is about how five criminals: Peter Quill (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Groot (voiced by Vin Diesel), Rocket Raccoon (voiced by Bradley Cooper), and Drax the Destroyer (Dave Bautista), who are related because of the infinity stone. Peter stole the infinity stone from Korath the Purser (Djimon Hounsou) went to a planet called Xandar, and he tried to sell it to the broker. However, the broker knew how powerful the stone is, so he rejected Peter’s offer. At the same time, Ronan the Accuser (Lee Pace) sent Gamora to steal the stone, and the bounty hunters, Rocket and Groot, were trying to catch Peter for reward. They were caught and prisoned by the Nova Crops, military force of Xandar, because of violence. They met Drax in the prison, and later they decided to team up to protect the infinity stone from Ronan. Compared to the recent Marvel movies, such as X-Men: Days of Future Past and The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Guardians of the Galaxy is the most outstanding one because it contains eye-catching characters and story, humorous dialogues, and unforgettable
