Have you ever felt a clogged sensation inside your nasal passages? If so, then you may have nasal congestion, or the stuffy nose, but do not worry, this symptom is perfectly normal and happen to everyone once in a while. To temporarily get rid of the excess snot, as the mucus cells may produce more, it is advised to exhale through your nose by using a tissue paper. In order to do that, however, you must first select a tissue. Next, you must choose a suitable place to do your business. Finally, blow your nostrils until they are clear of the extra muck and repeat if necessary. For hygiene purposes, always remember to dispose the used tissue and if possible, wash your hands!

The most suitable kind of tissue paper to blow a nose with is a soft, absorbent, disposable paper known as a facial tissue. However, many other kinds of tissue paper exist for different purposes besides blowing the nose, depending on varying factors such as thickness, absorbency, and strength.
