The Gallup Strengths Test was very beneficial. Taking the test helped me realized more about the type of person I am. Knowing my top five strengths will help boost my academic career and my relationships with others. My top five strengths are includer, developer, restorative, responsibility, and positivity. The Includer theme is very fitting to my personality because I love to befriend so many different types of people. I love to talk to people and ask deep questions to get to know them on a more personal level. I love to hear how others’ stories differ from mine. When meeting others, there may be things about them that I do not particularly enjoy, but I try to keep my focus on the positive things about them and I tend to forget about the negatives. When someone is very close to me, I am not afraid to be very straightforward with what I think. Developers also love to work with children, myself included. My goal is to work in a neonatal unit upon graduation. The Restorative theme allows me to find problems in relationships, technology, and my personal development and fix them. I mostly prefer to work alone, and when I start something I do not want to get up until the job is done. I like to try new things, that sometimes put me in uncomfortable situations, so that I can better myself. I believe it is just as important to know my weaknesses, so that I can try to build them up to make them become strengths. Responsibly is a theme not so new to me. I have been very driven from the start of high school. I focused hard on being able to attend Olivet. I worked two jobs throughout high school which helped pay for my car. I do not like to go against my word, so if I say I will do something, chances are it will get
