A good friend will at most times know you better than yourself. Many definitions pertain to being a good friend, mainly because everyone has a different personality. Most people look for something different in a friend, whatever it may be, it is essential to have a good friendship because they are difficult to find. The time spent with a friend is irrelevant if they do not carry the traits of generosity, trustworthiness and most importantly being positive. Charity may as well be vital to humans happiness. It does not have to be something expensive to make someone happy. A smile or compliment will just do the trick, if not better. No matter what people say, everyone loves to hear or receive something sweet once in a while, if not every day. It is kind of important for a friend to deliver this type of happiness. The best gift any friend can give is a couple of simple words to brighten our day. Trust is one fundamental trait when dealing with friendship. We all want our friends to be trustworthy whether it is to tell them a secret and not worrying that it would get out a spread a big rumor, to know that our friend is honest and will not lie, cheat or steal from us. Unfortunately, there are very few people out there that cant be trusted. Saying there you real friend but talking about you like a dog behind your back. How can we recognize potential friendship?
