“Scientific evidence is consistent with the belief that the physical universe was designed by God.” Several of those evidences can be proven throughout the Bible. As intelligent beings who are born, live life span, then die, we must have come into existence through either a natural, or supernatural process would indicate an all- powering and all- knowing Deity. This Deity would have left some record of his existence. An orderly universe was made by an orderly Creator (Sarfati, Refuting Evolution I 25). We know this because we have it in God’s word. The making of the universe, earth, and all life forms, is already completed. Nothing new is being created. This fact backs up the fundamental law of science known as the first law of thermodynamics …show more content…

Fossils preserve not only the hard parts of animals, such as bones, shell, and teeth but to any impression or trace left by some previous existing organisms. They are formed when the hard parts are replaced by minerals and this process is called petrification. “In nature, a well preserved fossil generally requires rapid burial (so the scavengers don’t obliterate the carcass) and cementing agents to harden the fossil quickly. Only catastrophic conditions can explain most fossils; for example, a global flood and its aftermath of widespread regional catastrophism” (Sarfati, Refuting Evolution 2 52). This we can find in the Bible in Genesis when God sends a worldwide flood to destroy all mankind. The evidence of this is that there are billions of dead things buried in rock layers laid down by water all over the earth. Genesis 5: 29 mentions a prediction by Noah’s father, Lamech. He named his son Noah because he would comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the Lord had cursed. The flood of Noah’s time would untimely produce coal and oil and thus fulfill the prophecy of …show more content…

Extensive hemorrhages could occur at this time and could cause brain damage to the brain and internal organs or even death. The ability to clot the blood is dependent on Vitamin K and prothrombin. Vitamin K is manufactured in the human intestinal tract by bacteria. In the newborn infant, this does not take place until the fifth to the seventh day when the bacteria begins to develop in sufficient numbers (Hall 53). Therefore, the first day that blood can clot safely is the eighth day. Prothrombin is another important element necessary for the proper clotting of blood. It has been shown that in the bloodstream of the newborn infant, the amount of prothrombin is less than normal. The concentration of it is below normal, then skyrockets to a level 10% above normal on the eighth, then back to normal on the ninth day (Hall 54). Therefore, the best day to perform circumcision is the eighth day just as described in this passage of scripture. This is certainly evidence to be considered for biblical
