Introduction(refer to pages 93-94): Many people had turning points. But not everyone had an impact on their country. Feng Ru from “Father of Chinese Aviation”, Jackie Robinson from “I never had it made”, and Melba Beals from “ Warriors Don’t Cry” all faced turning points and had an impact or their country. Aviation, Baseball, and schools were not the sam always 3 people named Feng Ru, Jackie Robinson, Melba Beals all had turning points in their lifetime and had an impact on their country or society.

Feng Ru was the first Chinese Aviator to lift of the ground in china for more than a minute. He had to face many turning points like when he had to relocate oakland because of the earthquake. He changed hi country which was china by bring aviation there that is why he is called “The Father of Chinese Aviation.He had immigrated and quickly understood that America’s industrialization made America successful. He had to face racism and discrimination. The turning points were when he joined a major league. Little kids were very inspiring because they did not care what color they were or what race they are from. When he met Branch Rickey they both made a bond. As same as Ru they both tried to change their country but Robinson had help and did not start changing the way of baseball. He changed the way his country thought about baseball and Black people. He made them think that baseball should be open to everyone. He also faced many life changing experiences that lead to him to having impact on his country. He also was not the only one who did this besides from Feng Ru. He was one of the men who changed baseball
