The psychological construction of health is of crucial importance in defining a baseline understanding of how general health-related issues may be best understood. This is because the state of the mind plays a vitally important role in determining the extent to which one is defined as healthy. It is not an absolute determinant, but on the premise that the "mind is the measure of the man', and psychology is concerned with mental states, people's psychological health is the balancing factor for all other aspects of their health. Contentment and peace of mind stimulates other bodily functions that generate good health, even in the absence of perfect nutrition, ill health is easily attainable if individuals are affected by poor psychological factors, Fatima was under pressure to be able to sustain her family (psychological) and she was also not having a good nutritional meals 3) How illness should be treated: Fatima needed a case of encouragement, needed access to a hospital and also the whole person should be treated. 4) Who is responsible for treatment: The patient is responsible for their treatment by taking of medication, responsibility to change beliefs and behavior. 5) What is the role of psychology in health and illness: our mind and emotions contribute greatly to us been either healthy or ill. Fatima was suffering from psychological illness it contributed immensely to her health status even though she wanted to visit her doctor but she constantly kept thinking about the funds, so she channeled the money to the sustainment of her children.
