Recommended: How religion affects consumer buying behaviour

The distinction between sacred space and sacred time is sacred space is a certain place, physically, which is deemed sacred, but sacred time relates to a holiness which transcends space to deem a specific time sacred. While a Church or even a pool of water can be deemed a sacred place, a sacred time is specific to that allocated time. 3. No, I cannot name another retail business that is closed on Sunday like Chick-Fil-A. I'm not entirely sure why stores have shortened hours on Sunday, but I assume it is to provide time for Church attendence or to spend time with family. I don't think shortened hours are an inconvenience to customers because there are six other days to shop. Additionally, store owners have the right to determine their store
