Livestrong states the production of endorphins that these, “non addictive, feel-good molecules are polypeptides that bind with neurotransmitters in the brain to reduce pain symptoms” (LD, Jill Corleone RDN).
By not having a good exercise plan you or someone you love can be more likely get a mental illness.
Some people may ignore this as a real issue because there’s treatment and diets for this problem.
From my research I don’t think that’s right because not all treatments and diets are healthy for your body or a good substitute for working out.
