The complete blood bath Odysseus created from the blood of the suitors that asked his wife hand in married while dishonoring his kingdom is about the people who lead a man on a journey to kill all the people that was disloyal while he was gone.We are looking through the eyes of Odysseus and his feelings towards the suitor, maids, and himself and his way to justice

So what was the drive that drove this man to brutally and trick fully slaughter of the suitors that disrespected his royalty. Once Odysseus got home to Ithaca he got some awful information about the way people been living since he been gone for example “ Athena advises telemachus to return to Ithaca his home- the palace of odysseus- has been overrun by his mother's suitors” (Homer, 690 ). This gives reasoning for why i believe that odysseus killing the suitors was justice because they are taking complete control of this kingdom and they have not yet become king or has marriage penelope.Also “ Athena warns Telemachus that the sitors plan to unborn him”, proves my point because they threaten his son because they feel he is in they way of them gaining power. It even says in the epic “some of the maids have not been loyal to the household and have been involved with the suitors. In the odyssey, loyalty is one of the Odysseus most important virtues.But not all maids were deceitful for out of them all Eurycleia is the the most loyal “Penelope order Eurycleia to clean Odysseus feet as respect, as doing so she recognises Odysseus from a scar on his leg” I feel like this proves that some was loyal because she recognize Odysseus by stuff that most people would know about. But in epic it doesn't say much about the maids but it gives you the point that the maids that was disloyal was very rude and not being honest to the
