2.0 INTRODUTION
In this chapter, I came out with three main ideas of literature review that this literature review may help in order to find the answer for my research question. This literature review divided into three main parts, it is about the variety of the vegetable, the transport for the vegetable and the pricing of goods.
2.1 PERLIS MARKET
Perlis is the smallest state in Malaysia. It lies at the northern part of the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia and has the Satun andSongkhla Provinces of Thailand on its northern border. It is bordered by the state of Kedah to the south. The formal name for Perlis is Perlis Indera Kayangan. In Perlis there are a lot of district, in each of the district there have a market that sell raw food such as vegetable, chicken, meat, fish and etc. Each of the district have about 2 to 3 market each.
2.2 TYPE OF VEGETABLE
In this world, there are many types of vegetable that can be found. In a different country there on country. In terms of cuisine, vegetables are edible plants or in part, intended for cooking or eating raw. In biological terms, "vegetables" represent the members of the plant kingdom. Definition of non-biological vegetables are largely based on culinary and cultural tradition . In addition to vegetables, the other major type of plant foods is fruits, whole grains and nuts. Vegetables are most often eaten as a salad or cooked in savory or salty dishes, while the fruit is usually sweet dishes and used for dessert, but it's not universal rule. Therefore, this division is somewhat arbitrary, based on the view of culture.
