Introduction
The concept of the MICE is a very Huge and Vast concept it is having many elements and stake holders in this MICE.
Before going forward it is very necessary to know WHAT IS MICE?
The full form of MICE is M: - Meetings I: - Incentive C: - Conference E: - Exhibition or Exposition. The MICE is also known as the Events.
An event is any of the happenings in an organised way where many people gather for a common cause.
The great Marketing Expert Philip Kotler has define the Events as
“Occurrence designed to communicate particular messages to the target audience.”
Basically in the broader sense the Event has been divided in 3 broad categories on the basis of the Phases of Organizing. Those phases are as under.
1. Pre- Event.
2. During the Event.
3. Post Event.
The whole subject of the MICE deals with the Managing the Meetings, Incentive, Conference, Exhibition. The term Managing means the
