When deciding to practice culturally competent research a set of skills, values, and principles by the researchers must be generally accepted to prevent bias. The need to identify culturally and community-based participatory research will establish the foundation which in return will enclose traditional modes of historical background, evidence-based practice also, clinical trials. Being inclusive and open to all different types of services and facilities, for instance, address issues that influence culture, gender, place of birth, and religion along with, closing the language barriers is the heart and soul of culturally competent. “The goal of culturally competent health care services is to provide the highest quality of care to every patient, regardless of race, ethnicity, cultural background, English proficiency or literacy” (Brach, C. & Fraser, I. 2000). As of, professionals working in human services the need, for competent trained administration and staff members with a diverse background, or work history on how to relate effectively to certain demographic areas of people along with, being able to encourage, acknowledge, and accept a person despite their cultures and backgrounds difference. The need for continued training of staff and administration with focus on implemented cultural competence to identify their own awareness of cultural bias and learned prejudice, building new thinking skills and continue to repeating them until they become second nature, ingrained into ones daily through patterns and behavior along with, workshops, multicultural training, and mock interviews.
