This panel discussion was held at the University of Tennessee Howard Baker Junior Center for Public Policy where there three panelists delivered a lecture on war, migration and why people migrate and the reasons many people do not understand why human beings have migrate or flee all over the world throughout history. Tricia Hepner a University of Tennessee professor of anthrophony begin the talk and she said this “Refugees and asylum seekers from Eritrea is quite visible, Eritrean refugees are camped in various locations and then later moved to the United States.” Drocella Mugorewera is among the panelist, she is a refugee and she is currently the executive director of Bridge Refugee Services in Knoxville, TN. Drocella gave a very deep and powerful and heartbreaking account of her life being a senior government worker and a diplomat who represents her countries by flying all over the world, but only to see herself a Refugee in the United States.
