1. I can and I will. I have unlimited potential. I am ever evolving. Limitations are just opportunities to grow. All the limitation that I experience is a gift teaching me about becoming the best Nurse I can be.
2. This too shall pass and it will be ok. Life is full ups and downs. When I have my health, NOTHING is the end of the world. There is always going to be a solution
3. My daily job is to love myself, and to believe in myself because when I do, it makes others believe in me. I teach others how to treat me.
