Love is everywhere in the world and the majority of the people will do anything for love. People will push the limits to what they do for love and it just makes you wonder of how much crazy people are out there and are willing to take it to that crazy level. Social media blows up everywhere when they hear about a story that the guy or the girl went crazy in the relationship and just did something crazy. Well there are two poems that author Robert Browning wrote about love and they are called “My last Duchess” and “Porphyria's Lover” and there are a couple things that you can compare and contrast about it like both have very jealous people and another is how crazy people can get and one that’s different is how they handle it.

The first message in the poems that Robert Browning wrote is how jealous a guy got when someone else thought of their girl. Jealousy ruins a lot of relationship because their is no trust and with no trust it is not a healthy relationship. In the poem “My Last Duchess” there is this duke and he has this very beautiful wife. Well she is alway smiling at everything and it is not because of him so this guy who has a thousand year name gets jealous. So now you know how crazy they are from what they did when they got jealous. They got crazy and it makes you wonder if they are mentally weak. These guys in these stories are just both so crazy and here is an example of how crazy they are. In the poem “Porphyrias Lover” after he strangles this girl who supposedly he is in love with does this, “I warily oped her lids”(Line 44), which means when she is laying there dead he open her eyelids so he can look at those so called beautiful eyes.
