INTRODUCTION
Co-Equal means a person or a thing equal with another or having same rank or importance. In other word co-equals is comparison between two or more things. Here in my thesis co-equals can be considered as equality between two genders. Today in the developed world, women should have equal rights as they share equal responsibilities, there should be no gender discrimination. But unfortunately we are living in a man’s world. Man can only suppress that person who is weaker than him. No man can abuse his Boss or any higher authority so he takes out his frustration on the weaker gender. World bodies describe gender equality in terms of human rights, especially women rights. Gender equality means men and women’ boys and girls, enjoy the similar rights and can avail equal opportunities. The era that we are passing through is where women are better off than ever, we stand on the shoulder of women who came before us. There are still societies that deny women’s basic rights and their importance in the reform, including Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, Nepal, Bhutan and many others and this is one of the major reasons that these countries stand on the globe as third world countries. Gender equality is a significant issue that is being focused all over the world. People are pondering on this matter more seriously and also taking necessary measures for the welfare and wellbeing of the society.

According to them women are more forgetful as compared to men due to the physical challenges they face during their life they are more likely to lose memory and the other reason that I received, for the testimony of two women counted as one, was that women are overtaken by their emotions more quickly and their judgments and witnesses often depict this reality even in everyday life most of their decisions are based on their emotion and lack logic. a number of scientist have proven the fact that motherhood lapses memory.
