Addikadir Issa Farah (2013), enumerated the characteristic of principal being a leader and manager of the school and used the 9 letters of the word “principal”. Plans school activities and provides guidelines. Planning is a process of setting objectives and determining what should be done to achieve them. Planning helps educational managers to anticipate problems opportunities, to think forward and to contribute efficacy of other managerial functions. Educational Management involves three basics functions, specifically planning, implementing and controlling. School mangers use these functions to achieve educational goals and objectives.

Rosa District recommended that the school manager should work hard to further improve on some aspects of administration by establishing good working condition with teaching staff and other school personnel to achieve the required achievement of the school.
