Unfortunately, for some this joyful moment turns into a nightmare very quickly. Today, we present to you 10 rare birth diseases that will leave you speechless. #10 Congenital Arhinia Congenital Arhinia is a very rare condition that has only occured 43 times in the world since it was first recorded in 1931. A person with Arhinia is born without external nose and sense of smell. The cause of this abnormality is unknown to doctors.
