Dr. King was a man of many qualities who had a vision that one day we could all unite as one. He preached that nonviolence is the best route to end disparity and violence brought out in America. He believed in love and killing the oppressors with kindness, in response to their violence, in hopes of social change and growth. In order to grow socially we have to learn to get along and stop the violence against each other. Insisting change comes within and in order to grow we need to change our views of social inequality. Dr. King’s method of nonviolence was chosen based off his personal beliefs and own judgment.
