To start he was born on February 10, 1978 in Puerto Rico. His birth name was William Omar Landron Rivera and then later changed his name to Don Omar. He is the son of William Landron and Luz Antonia. Through out his early years in life and then in high school Don had always had a strong liking of music. Don had a chance after graduating high school to become a pastor at his church but instead he pursued music.! ! The music industry is very difficult and is often a hit and miss. Don had to work hard to become who he is today.
