Lastly, with dealing with groups there are many task group techniques and concepts that are associated. For example, there are four active listening techniques that are effective for macro practice. The research states that the four techniques are charting, balloons, dolphins, and parking lot. As previously stated, my group used the balloon analogy when brainstorming for many tasks.
