Diversity management define as a combination of different lifestyles and individual traits within an organisation. The enhancement of the globalisation initially needs more interaction and integration among people who are from different cultural backgrounds. Today the world economy is not in a narrow stage as before. It has become a part of global economy. Therefore, small companies needs to convert in to organisations by becoming more creative and feel free for transforms. Diversity management includes respecting for the ethnocentrisms, social strata, cultures, financial status, political and geographical backgrounds of individuals. Diversity management yield, employees by generating an equitable, peaceful and safe background in their workplace by providing each employee to right of entry and deal with grate, novel opportunities and demands. Management is more beneficial in a diversity organisation to educate each person about what is diversity and what are the conflicts that appear because of this situation. It is more significant to be aware about the diversity in an organisation. Majority of employees are from diverse cultures, so the duty of the organisation is to learn how they can adopt to this diversity to bring the organisation into success by utilising these diversity backgrounds.
