For the second assignment I decided to go with the year 1960, this is when the election was with John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon. After viewing each party's platform and deciding whether or not that there is a difference in each of the party’s platform, I am go to have to say yes there is a major difference in the two. So therefore I disagree with observers that say there is no difference between the two of them.
