What is love? Love is a huge thing but nowdays its not that big and don’t mean that much to people anymore. In Dianne Ackermans Loves Vocabulary she shows her connections of love using figurative language to describe love for example she says how love has a good side and a bad side the good side is like a daydream and the bad side is like a nightmare the good side is called Love and the bad side is called Hate, another example of how she made a connection is how she said love is a small word but it has a very big meaning. To begin with when you think of love you think of romance and happyness and together forver but when you think of the bad side of love which would be hate you think of breakups, and sadness and alone forever. Dianne said that the good side of love is like a daydream that’s not really a dream its reality, but the other side of love which is the bad side is more of a nightmare as aposed to a daydream .
