Before becoming the death- defying Wolverine, the man behind him was actually a mutated figure, allowing him to have surreal potential within him. Wolverine is definitely the optimal superhero to exist, for he has an accelerating healing factor, razor sharp adamantium claws and a gutsy personality leaving those who witnessed him in a state of shock. Wolverine has the capability to easily regenerate his damaged body tissues. He is unlike any other average human in the world considering he has bones created from a special substance known as adamantium in the world of Marvel. Not to mention, Wolverine or James Howlett, is a Canadian born in Alberta, Canada. During the day James is recognized as Logan, an alias name he desired after withdrawing himself from the Weapon X Program. However, when trouble is lurking, James suits up into the renowned Wolverine to fight crime and bring justice to the people. After completing a well sought for task, Wolverine is greatly praised by citizens for his immense aura of honour and dignity.

He taught others that it doesn’t matter whether you have the finest prop or a compelling superpower, it’s how you use it to make the difference within the world. You could be an anonymous superhero no one had ever heard about, but what you do to make everyone notice is what matters to the rest of the people out there. Don’t become a superhero to make a difference, develop into one to be the difference. The renowned Wolverine, once was a ferocious beast, transformed into another one of those superheroes, found out who he really was and used it to his superiority - he is the one and only Wolverine.

It can be argued that this is the greatest factor to Elijah’s breakdown because it leads to Elijah’s addiction to killing and is a more intense desire than proving his greatness to others. Throughout the novel, Elijah take unnecessarily dangerous risks so that he can add more kills to his already ridiculously high count. Sometimes, Elijah leaves the camp for days without Xavier to go sniping by himself. Xavier rebukes Elijah when his incessant risk-taking nearly gets them both killed: “Put yourself in danger if you like, but not me!” (285). What makes this factor of Elijah’s insanity so interesting is that it is the only one that Elijah cannot satisfy. He can satisfy his addiction to morphine and killing by taking morphine and killing. And it is not hard for him to prove to other that he is extremely skilled at sniping, but he cannot seem to prove to himself that he is the best. Although no one else seems to take notice of Xavier, Elijah knows that he will never be better than Xavier: “You always were the better shot” (368). Throughout the story, Xavier is always subtly proving his dominance over Elijah, for example, in the shooting competition in the training camp and when Xavier is able to kill the German sniper in no man’s land. The Mauser rifle that Xavier takes from the German is a symbol for Elijah’s jealousy of Xavier—hence Elijah’s jealousy is what finally kills him. I would like to begin with my thoughts about Malcolm X and his bravery and courageous attitude. I will ever see Malcolm as a leader of this country. And a person that should always be remember in history. Malcolm was a person like you and I, but stood up to what he believed and decided to make a change. He wasn’t some super hero with super powers but he will always be seen has a hero. I didn’t really know a lot about Malcolm X but after reading this book it really had me thinking. A man that turned his life around to care for others. A man that was hooked on drugs and made horrible decisions, just decided one day that enough was enough. I will always remember the heroic events that Malcolm Little stood for.
Malcolm's childhood years was nothing but a hardship. His father was preaching a gospel of black separatism and the white supremacists did not favor that. Ever since, his whole family was a victim of repeated threats and persecution. Malcolm saw his house set on fire, his father getting lynched, and his mother lose her mind. All of that was due to racism. Racial matters destroyed Malcolm’s family, left him with nothing, and doomed his life. Because of the racism, Malcolm X was born. He himself experienced what white society's cruelty can do to a humble black family. Because he was one of the victim, he craved for justice. Not just for himself, but for the sake of others who suffered as well. The roots of his heroism started with being the victim. Malcolm x was one of the great civil rights leaders during the 1960’s. He spoke for self-sufficiency and rights for all and believed; “I’m for truth, no matter who tells it. He was treated badly by the white population in Lansing, Michigan; his family was the only African Americans to attend the local schools. Malcolm X was rejected and often left out from pursing any opportunities throughout his whole life. This made him vulnerable, as a youngster to logical ideologies. From the time he was little he never settled for status quo, it was his hopes and ambitions that kept him searching for the truth.
