Happiness is a feeling of satisfaction.It cannot be bought, traded or sold,although many people try to.Its one of the main things that people want, and some people may do anything to have happiness.It is the opposite of sadness and there are many forms of happiness. Happiness is different to every person. I believe that one of the main things that shows a person is happy, is laughter.If a person is sincerely laughing, we can assume they are happy.When is the last time you saw a person that wasnt happy actually laugh? If a person's life is filled with laughter, we can assume that this person is happy, and that they are normally in a good mood.I believe that laughter is a very important part of happiness, and happiness connects directly with laughter.
Happiness can only truly be accomplished if the person is satisfied with themselves.If a person is not happy with themselves, then they would certainly never truly be happy.Happiness must be worked towards, and cannot be gained in any easy way.A person would do many things to obtain and keep happiness, and it's one of the feelings that keep mankind alive. If happiness did not exist, life would be dull ,so people live for happiness.They need to agree that they deserve it, and they won happiness, or else they will never truly feel
