What is leadership? What does leadership mean to you? Leadership is the basic representation of a hard working person who can not only lead their team to victory, but can take charge in all of the chaos. The dictionary definition of leadership is ,”the action of leading a group of people or an organization.” This means that whoever this leader is whether it’s a parent, a sports player, or a coach they can be in charge and handle the pressure of being in charge of 1 job or multiple jobs. That’s why I chose my soccer coach Dan Rolling as my important leader. Not only does he have all the characteristics to be a leader, but i've seen what he can do when he's in charge. Hoernke. I think Jordy Nelson is a good leader when it comes to football and all of the volunteer work he does. He volunteers with many different organizations to help children and he also helps be a leader on the Packers football team. Leading them to victories with game winning plays and working hard for what he does. My mom is a good example of a leader in our own home. She is always steering us in the right direction and giving us advice so we can become successful. She also leads many group projects at work so they can get the job done well and on time. When it comes to leaders, one of the first ones I think of is Rosa Parks. She helped so many african americans in their time of need. Rosa helped spark the change in racial views of black people and then helped lead the people so they could come together and change the worlds biased views on equality. I also think of Dr. Hoernke as a great leader as well. He helps lead this school so that the students here can get us ready to graduate and take on our adult lives. He is charge of the the teachers, so that they do there jobs and od them well. He also has to decide what is best for us in terms of making us successful later on in
