Organizations that encourage culture, diversity will allow their business to expand its horizon farther than any other organization that may not encourage culture diversity. Employees that are encouraged from different backgrounds to share their knowledge in their business practices with their organization will not only enhance their ability to let the organization see just what it is that their diversity will bring in. When an organization is able to provide culture and diversity training to their employee it will help them to build an organization with a team that has different cultures. Trainer conducting training needs to plan for the training, making sure that the training is open to culture diversity, federal law requires that all organization comply with laws and regulations. Several areas that should be addressed in training to keep the organization in compliance with all the laws and regulation would be training employees in sexual harassment so they understand that sexual harassment is not tolerated in the workplace, discrimination needs to be addressed so that an employee knows what their right are, age discrimination, disability, their safety while in the work place. (BLR, 2016) Demographic diversity of employees has changed in the last decade or so, there was a time when the workforce was soley men, as you look around you today you will see that men are not the only ones in the workforece. In a orgazaination you will see male, female, white, black, hispanic, and asian workers. When you have such a diversity in your workplace management has the ability to utilize all those diversity to benfift their organziation. With such diversity in culture backgrounds, genders, ages and lifestyles they will all work hand in hand with one another making their organziation a great organziaiton with
