On June 24, 2015, Matt and Sarah came home from war. Their family and friends had a huge pool party at Sarah’s parents’ house. Avery and Channing organized this party, because they are Matt and Sarah’s closest friends. Avery, who is 25 years old, isn’t much of a party person, or pool person, but she still agreed to do this because she knows it will make everyone happy. Channing is a 26 year old attractive guy, who is also very strong. Although a reason Channing helped plan the party, might because he has a huge crush on Avery. Avery and Channing had the whole place ready and family and friends were starting to arrive. Everyone brought different food from cookies, to cupcakes, to mac in cheese, and so much more. Everyone was at the party and it was only 15 minutes before Matt and Sarah were going to be home. You could tell how happy everyone was. Channing was watching outside for Sarah and Matt. Avery’s parents weren’t around because they moved to Arizona when she got out of high school, so Channing stayed with her the whole way. When they got to the hospital, they took her to surgery, because she had bleeding in her brain. When the surgery was over they informed Channing that Avery was in a coma and they didn’t know if she would wake up. The next week was horrible for Channing and Avery’s parents. When Channing was starting to give up hope he whispered into her ear “Avery I’m in love with you and I’m sorry I didn’t tell you earlier, but I need you to wake up so we can be together.” An hour later Avery woke up from the coma and saw Channing by her side. Channing was so happy he hugged her and said he loved her, Avery said she loved him too. Avery’s parents were so happy, and her mom started to cry because of it. Channing right then and there purposed to Avery. She was so shocked and said yes. Even though it was sudden they had both been in love for so many years, and knew each other very well. Aaron was invited over to a classmate’s (Billy Thompson) house after he had won a marble competition; Aaron and Billy (who was being bullied) challenged the older boys. After the marble competition Billy invited Aaron over for a coke, while on the ride home with Billy and Billy’s mother Mrs. Thompson they saw Aaron’s father Mr. Kurlander sitting on the side of the road with his box of wickless candles, and Mrs. Thompson said ‘it’s a shame no one will ever buy those candles they do not even work’. While Aaron slipped deeper into the seat with embarrassment, and also in hopes that his father would not see him driving past in the Thompson’s car. While he was visiting Mrs. Thompson and Billy had asked if Aaron would stay for supper and Aaron began to lie about his family. He made a story up that his mother had a montage tournament, and that he has to help set up, because his father is not there because his father was a pilot for the military. Aaron was very envious of his classmates; because they were from higher socioeconomic statuses and with each question Aaron nervously took sips of his Coke every time he was to answer a question regarding what exactly his family
Pignati's kids, they had to be extra careful that their actual parents didn’t hear what happened or they would have both been in a lot of trouble. They made the decision that they were still going to go to his house every day after school to clean it up and make sure no one broke in since they thought they were the reason he was in the hospital. One day while they were at Mr. Pignati's house they decided that they were going to clean everything up. To begin with, Lorraine asked John to take the trash out or do the dishes while she cleaned everything else but he was acting infantile and wouldn’t do any cleaning. After a little bit of cleaning Lorraine made dinner for John and herself when John came up with the fantastic idea of having a party with a bunch of friends at Mr. Pignati's house. That night when they invited all of their friends, they had a bunch of tiny hors d’oeuvres and alcohol for all of the kids. All of the smells mixed together made the house smell very putrid that night. The only problem was that the night didn’t go exactly as planned. People who weren’t suppose to show up, showed up, pigs from the pig collection were being broken, Conchetta's dresses were being tried on and ripped by the girls, people were rolling around the house with roller skates, most importantly, Mr. Pignati came home from the hospital early with the house in the state that they left it. Mac and Dennis are driving home. As they are driving they hear the radio from the car that a disease was spreading the city. And immediately had to get a flu shot they were so worried they had to park their car to call their parents, if they were okay. As soon, as they both call they have been reached to voice mail. They called one more time and Mac’s parent were vomiting. Dennie’s parents had really bad headaches.
As Manley Pointer slammed the barn door shut behind him, the ladder to the loft collapsed to the floor. Hulga did all she could—scream. Minutes passed. Hours dragged on as Hulga continued crying for help. Deeming her efforts futile, Hulga wept. As the sun set beyond the horizon, Hulga’s eyes dried up. With no glasses and no rays of sun seeping in through the cracks in the roof, Hulga felt around blindly, gathering a small bundle of hay upon which to lay her head.
As I began to read the story, I noticed the importance of the couples drinking the gin and the presence of sun. In their discussion about love, Mel, Terri, Laura, and Nick consume large amounts of alcohol. Their confusion becomes even greater as they consume more and more alcohol, which makes it even more difficult for them to define what love is. As the conversation grows more and more heated, it also becomes more and more incoherent and blurry. Drinking also serves as a ritual in this story. Sarah’s compliant attitude towards her parents’ rules concerning her curfew were altered by the suggestions of the friends that were with her. Some factors that led up to Sarah’s decision was the desire to go to a party with her friends despite knowing she would be breaking the curfew her parents had placed. Another factor is Sarah’s thinking that she was going to be missing something big at the party if she didn’t go with her friends that night.
There once was a man named Franswah, and he had a wife named Keisha. They both lived in Keithville, Atlanta. They had a little girl named Jasmine, she was twelve years of age and she attended Ghettoville Jr. High School in the seventh grade. Keisha never did like doing anything, so her husband Franswah decided to go out and have an affair with a lady named Shay. Franswah and Shay worked at a law firm together. Shay was his assistant, she always helped him with things and they always went to lunch together. So some nights he never came home or either he came in late. Keisha was never the type of person to just argue, she mainly just questioned him to see what the response would be and she left it alone until the next morning. So one night when he came in he had a funny odor and Keisha asked him what was up with the smell, he told her that he had been working out and got sweaty. Their daughter Jasmine had very high blood pressure, so most of the time she didn’t go to school because of her condition and she stayed ill. Keisha had a younger sister named Ashley, she is the rowdy type that doesn’t care and will tell anybody anything. Keisha was telling her sister about Franswah coming in late, having a odor on him and don’t want to be questioned. So one day when Ashley was over there and he walked in she confronted him and told him if she find out that’s its that he’s cheating on her she was gone handle it. So he got mad and started hollering at Keisha for telling her sister about what was going on in their relationship. Then that’s when Ashley came back and told him that she can tell her anything she want to tell her because that’s her sister. So few minutes later the phone rings and its was Shay. Keisha answers the phone and it was another lady’s voice, and she asked to speak to Franswah. So she asked her who is calling and she told her that it was Franswah’s baby mother. Everyone is in shock, so Ashley gets on the phone and started getting rowdy. Ashley was asking her different questions like how old is the baby, where she live, and where did Franswah and her meet.
Cleo woke up with what had to be the worst hangover of her life. Head pounding, stomach rolling and that horrible dry taste of old gym socks in her mouth. Despite the room spinning around her she attempted to stand and failing at that crawled from the couch to the bathroom. The room tilted and twisted as she made her slow way across the floor fingers digging into the carpet.

There once was this boy named Steven his mom and dad got divorced when he was really young, and now he is 13 years old and his mother who is named Miranda is living with her soon to be husband and Steven is living with them at Blake’s house. (Blake is Miranda’s soon to be husband). They are living a happy life already but they thought it would be better if they moved to Tampa Florida and have a new beginning there and get married there too. So they begin to pack and they begin to get in the car to go down to Florida for their new life together and Steven starts to think about how he is going to adjust to his new school and if he is going to make friends or not. The Creature That Opened My Eyes Sympathy, anger, hate, and empathy, these are just a few of the emotions that came over me while getting to know and trying to understand the creature created by victor frankenstein in Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. For the first time I became completely enthralled in a novel and learned to appreciate literature not only for the great stories they tell but also for the affect it could have on someones life as cliché as that might sound, if that weren’t enough it also gave me a greater appreciation and understanding of the idiom “never judge a book by its cover.” As a pimply faced, insecure, loner, and at most times self absorbed sophomore in high school I was never one to put anytime or focus when it came time

I knew that death would come to him soon. Legend spoke about a necklace that can bring life to anyone or thing. It was said to have been belonged to an Oceanian, one of the water people. The Lost Jade Necklace of Serenity was what it was called, and it could bring healing to the Earth. Nonetheless, it could be the obliteration of mankind, also. I began to pack since my journey was to start at that moment.
