Upon being faced with adversity many individuals are prone to shutting down but true strength derives from the ability to become stronger from obstacles in your path and how you develop them into opportunities. Throughout a person’s lifespan, an individual will always be confronted with hard and difficult obstacles that they must overcome such as the divorce of parents, the death of a loved one, or even relocating homes.
