A Cortef drug tablet was first manufactured in December 1952 by Pharmacia and Upjohn manufacturing companies (Drugs.com, 2016). It is currently manufactured by Pfizer Inc. Withdrawal symptoms may arise if a patient stops medication. Withdrawal symptoms include weakness, weight loss, nausea, muscle pain, tiredness, headache, and dizziness (WebMD, 2016). Use of Cortef does involve side effects. Nausea, heartburn, headache, acne, trouble sleeping, change in menstrual period, or increased sweating may occur (WebMD, 2016). Central nervous system effects may also occur and patients must be monitored closely for depression and/or euphoria as these are the most common. Cortef weakens the body’s immune response; therefore the body’s ability to fight infection is lowered. This is rarely fatal. Allergic reactions are also rare with Cortef. It is undetermined if Cortef has any long lasting effects on pregnant women or their children. Physicians have to weigh out the benefits of usage against potential hazards. Cortef should not be taken if a patient is suffering from a systemic fungal infection, is allergic to any ingredients listed in the drug, or if they are taking mifepristone (Drugs.com,

On his 17th birthday, Cameron Griggs and his parents, drove to the office to pick up the papers that would change his life. Three months later he kissed his mum goodbye as mixed emotions of fear and excitement flooded his body.
The first step is to pre-register the patient's insurance information into the computer system and making a copy of their insurance cards. The patient's insurance information would then be verified. The patient would then be seen by a medical professional to examine the patient, discuss any test results or provide a diagnosis. Once the patient is ready to check out any payment due would be collected. The medical coder would then go over the patients' medical record and assign any diagnosis codes or procedural codes and then a claim form (CMS 1500) would be completed and submitted. The payment would also receive and posted at this time and document in the patient's record. The CMS 1500 will information from the patient, including the type of
According to what I read in the textbook, the CMS 1500 form is divided in two considerable parts: 1- Patient and Insured Information, which you can find in locators 1 through 13; and 2- Physician or Supplier Information, which you can find in locators 14 through 33. But this form can be divided in three sections as well: 1-Demography (from locators 1 through 13), 2- Procedural and diagnostic information (from locators 14 through 24) and 3- The technical part (from locators 25 through 33).
It should be tapered gradually since sudden discontinuation results in withdrawal symptoms as nasal congestion, abdominal symptoms, diarrhea, muscle aches and anxiety.

There is no doubt that the particular layout of space of the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition reflected the gender inequalities that existed within American society at the time. In particular, the Women’s Building offered a microcosm of the prejudices that dominated the overall landscape of the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition. Although the men who organized the Columbian Exposition were unable to exclude women’s achievements altogether from the exposition, they were successful in relegating them into a bounded unit that overwhelmingly categorized their contributions as different and marginal, framing womanliness as “soft,” “delicate,” and “refined.” Discussions of the Women’s Building’s architectural aesthetics highlights such gendered dimensions of the Columbian Exposition quite clearly.
How does it feel to have the city you call home look at you like a pest? The minority populations of Denton and Portland know the feeling all too well. Both environments, while being incredibly hostile to them, had accumulated small African American communities- for Denton it was Quakertown and for Portland it was Vanport- which were displaced by larger forces.
Another issue with race is Miamifield’s community perspective and involvement with it. Miamifield community members have been sharply criticized for ignoring the history and literature of racial minorities in the United States and the world. Adults in the local African American, Latino, and Asian American populations had recently formed a coalition demanding that a series of eleventh-grade ethnic studies courses be developed and offered as alternatives to any student who might wish to study American history or literature from a different perspective. This caused a conflict in the community. But the former mayor insisted that ethnic-studies courses are themselves racist since they identify race as a central element of each person rather than
The constellation I have chosen is Corvus. Meaning crow or raven in Latin, Corvus has been a symbol of deviance and stealth for a long time. Corvus is part of the Hercules constellation. He is also typically depicted with two other constellations, Crater and Hydrus, as this is whom he shares the sky and story with. My choice in this particular constellation is to ease my curiosity as to why the raven or crow is what it is and why, despite being two different birds, they are depicted as the same.
These effect will appear a few hours after usage and disappear in hours or days: Physical effects like, numbness, muscle weakness and trembling, rapid reflexes, increased blood pressure, heart rate, and temperatures, impaired motor skills and coordination, dilated pupils, nausea and sometimes seizers.

Rhetoric in the article by William Covino and David Jolliffe is explained as an art of persuasion that uses communication with a purpose or goal. To add, it is an ongoing conversation between the rhetor and the auditors. In addition to using persuasion, the observance of the audience is used as well. In the article by William Covino and David Jolliffe they talk about the four major elements of rhetoric: the rhetorical situation, the audience, the methods of persuasion, and the 5 canons. As explained in the reading the purpose of rhetorical communication is to teach, to please, and to move.
