It would be cruel and unfair to the people who live away from the cities to make everyone use public transportation. This does not allow many of the disabled people around the world to use some public transportation. For a lot of disabled people and just people in wheelchairs, using public transportation would be nearly impossible. They would have to use their wheelchair to get around places which would take extremely long only to cover a short amount of distance.
